CallBack HVAC is missed-call recovery software for HVAC shops, from Grand Rapids, Michigan (a d/b/a of AWLS SYSTEMS LLC). The core plan is not an AI tool. When a call goes unanswered on a supported path, the caller can press 1 to request one service text. The caller's need, their texts and the callback status stay on one lead record in a dashboard, and staff can answer from the dashboard after the caller texts. Your team owns the callback and the booking. You connect your own Twilio account and an approved texting number. It has open-hours and after-hours templates, STOP support, CSV export and an English or Spanish app. It does not sync to a CRM. An AI call agent (AI CSR) is a separate pilot that needs approval and is not part of the plan.
