Roofr pricing for roofers

Short answer. Roofr has a free Starter plan at $0 a month, with measurement reports at $19 each. Essentials costs $249 a month, or $209 a month billed yearly. Scale costs $349 a month, or $299 a month billed yearly. A Measure+ add-on for faster, cheaper reports starts at $109 a month. Reports are pay per report on every plan, and paid plans drop the report price to $13. Roofr does not charge per seat. We read the Roofr pricing page on October 25, 2026.

What 20 reports a month cost

On Starter, 20 reports cost $380 a month. With Measure+ at the 6 hour tier, you pay $109 plus $260 for reports, so $369. On Essentials, you pay $249 plus $260, so $509, and you get the CRM, proposals, and payments. Each paid report saves $6 over Starter. Our math from the prices above.
