Short answer. ElevenLabs sells voice agents as ElevenAgents, billed by call minutes. Plans run from Free at $0 with 15 minutes to Business at $990 a month with 12,375 minutes. Extra minutes cost $0.08 each on every plan. The LLM bills on top based on the model you pick. Your phone carrier, such as Twilio, bills you direct.
