What each plan adds
- Basic: answers every call 24/7, takes messages with your questions, sends one text link per call, screens spam, and sends call reports to 2 contacts. No call transfer.
- Standard: books, checks, and moves appointments on your calendar. Transfers calls to one number. Reports go to 4 contacts.
- Pro: texts checkout links (Shopify and Square), routes calls to different people, cancels bookings, takes up to 10 custom data fields, and learns from your uploaded docs. Reports go to 8 contacts.
- Premium: a dedicated account manager, rings your team one at a time, multi-location setup, up to 25 custom fields, and white-glove onboarding.
For most trade shops, booking is the reason to buy. That starts on Standard at $99.

Our math from the prices above, before tax. The rate per included minute is close to $0.20 on every plan. You pay more for features, not for minutes.
When to move up. On Basic, 400 minutes cost $49 plus $52.50 in overage, so $101.50. Standard costs $99 for 500 minutes. Once you pass about 390 minutes a month, Standard costs less and adds booking.
