How Smith.ai counts calls
- Every call the AI answers counts by default.
- Calls from known spam numbers are blocked before the AI answers and do not count.
- You can remove up to 10% of your calls each billing cycle as spam.
- Plans run month to month. Smith.ai asks for 30 days notice to cancel.
