What the price covers

PlanSwift says the yearly plan covers the software, updates, priority support, and training. It says there are no hidden fees. Support runs by phone, chat, and email. The software reads PDF, JPG, TIFF, and CAD plans.

More seats

PlanSwift lists discounted pricing for extra seats but does not print the discount. Teams buying 10 or more licenses may qualify for volume pricing through sales. Two Core seats at list price come to $6,000 a year, before any seat discount.

Essential or Core

Core costs $1,000 more a year. The gap buys Auto Takeoff, which PlanSwift says builds a first pass of areas, lengths, and counts. If you bid by hand counts and want speed on counting and scaling, Essential covers it. If you want the software to start the takeoff, pick Core.

After the trial

PlanSwift says nothing happens when the 14-day trial ends. There is no card on file and no auto-charge. Current customers can add Takeoff BOOST by upgrading.
