Procore pricing for contractors

Short answer. Procore does not post prices. It charges an upfront yearly fee for each product you buy, based on your Annual Construction Volume. That is the total dollar value of the construction work across your projects. Every contract includes unlimited users, unlimited data storage, and 24/7 support. The Field Productivity product is the one exception: it is priced by full time employee. To get a number you fill out the quote form or call sales. What Procore pricing means for a small crew

You pay for volume, not seats. A busy year raises the fee when your team stays the same size.
You pay up front. The fee is a yearly contract, not month to month.
Users are free. Subs, clients, and vendors can join at no added cost.
You pick products. You can buy one product or a bundle, and Procore adds product updates at no added cost during the contract.
