Tradify pricing for a small trade crew

Short answer. Tradify charges per user, per month. Lite is $47, Pro is $51, and Plus is $61 per user per month in USD. Custom is priced by request. An Instant Website add-on costs $12 a month. Tradify says it runs month to month with no contract. A 3 person crew on Pro pays $153 a month. We read the Tradify pricing page on October 24, 2026.

Solo tradie who quotes and invoices. Lite covers jobs, quotes, invoices, and accounting sync.
2 to 5 person shop with subcontractors. Pro adds timesheets, subcontractor scheduling, progress invoicing, and recurring jobs.
Shop with maintenance work and purchase orders. Plus adds service reminders, purchase orders, and the AI SmartTools.
