Short answer. GorillaDesk prices by route, not by user. One route costs $49 a month on Basic, $99 on Pro, and $149 on Growth. Admin, office, sales, and crew users are free on every plan. What counts as a route

A route is a schedule for one technician who runs jobs alone. Crews that ride together share one route. GorillaDesk says users who are not tied to a schedule do not need a paid seat. A two-person crew in one truck pays for one route.
