Short answer. The three pool tools we checked price in three different ways. Skimmer charges per pool location and starts at $49 a month. Pool Office Manager charges per user, at $125 a month for the first user and $25 for each added user. Pool Brain charges $65 per tech on top of a $50 base for office users. All prices were read from vendor pages on October 25, 2026.

Our math from the listed prices. Skimmer: $98 covers 49 locations, plus $2 for each of the other 51. Pool Office Manager: $125 plus 4 added users at $25. Pool Brain: $50 plus 5 techs at $65, which matches the $375 the page shows. Add-ons and tax not included. If your office staff use Pool Office Manager, each one counts as a user.

Scaling Up: $2.00 per location, from $98 a month, for 50 to 1,000 pools. Adds route optimization, quotes, and unlimited service texts.
Unlimited techs and admins. No charge for a location you skip that month.
Add-ons include AI Phone at $99 a month and Marketing Suite at $150 a month.

Pool Office Manager

$125 a month for the first user and $25 a month for each added active user.
The page lists 2 users at $150, 4 users at $200, and a 10 tech company at $350. Three users come to $175 by our math.
Add-ons: QuickBooks Online sync +$25 a month, customer texting from $10 a month, video storage +$25 a month.
No contracts or setup fees. You can turn users off in the off season. Companies with 12 or more users can ask for a fleet rate.

Pool Brain

$50 a month gives access for unlimited office users.
Each active field tech adds $65 a month. The page shows 5 techs at $325, for a $375 monthly plan.
At 10 techs, the plan comes to $700 a month by our math.
