Short answer. Skimmer bills per serviced pool location each month. Getting Started costs $1.00 per location and starts at $49 a month, which covers up to 49 locations. Scaling Up costs $2.00 per location and starts at $98 a month for the first 49 locations. Enterprise, for over 1,000 pools, is custom priced. Techs and admins are unlimited on every plan. How the per location fee works

A serviced location is one service address. It can hold more than one pool, spa, or fountain.
You pay once a month per location, no matter how many visits you make.
If you do not service a location in a month, you are not billed for it.
Skimmer offers a 30 day refund on the subscription fee.

Scaling Up has a first month free offer for new users. After it ends, the page lists $98 a month base plus $2 a month per added location.
