Jobber pricing for a 1 to 3 truck crew
Short answer. Jobber prices each plan by team size. A solo tech pays $29 a month on Core with annual billing, or $49 with no commitment. A 2 or 3 truck shop with up to 5 people pays $149 to $199 a month on Connect, or $229 to $299 on Grow. Extra users cost $29 a month each. We read the Jobber pricing page on October 24, 2026.

How Jobber counts users
Jobber says a user is anyone who opens your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the schedule. Count every tech who checks jobs on the app, plus the office. A 3 truck lawn crew with 2 people per truck and an owner is 7 users if all of them use the app. If one lead per truck uses it, the count is 4.

The ranges run from the annual prepaid price to the no commitment price. The yearly figure is 12 times the annual prepaid price. For the 7 person lawn crew, a second path is Connect with 5 users plus 2 extra users at $29 each: $149 plus $58 is $207 a month on annual terms. Ask Jobber which one it bills before you sign.
What each step up adds
- Core books and schedules jobs, sends quotes and invoices, takes online payments, and builds a website.
- Connect adds automated client reminders, automatic payments, checklists, quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking. A solo plumber who keeps books in QuickBooks Online needs Connect, not Core.
- Grow adds quotes with photos and reviews, optional line items, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS, and custom automations.
- Plus adds crew scheduling, unlimited job photos and videos, custom reports, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, and the AI Receptionist.

Trial and contract terms
The free trial runs 14 days on the Grow plan with no credit card. On the no commitment plan you can cancel any time. The 1 year commitment has a 12 month minimum. Annual prepaid is billed up front and the first payment is not refundable. All plans renew on their own unless you set them to not renew.
