OpenPhone (Quo) pricing for contractors

Short answer. OpenPhone is now called Quo. It charges per user. On monthly billing, Starter is $19, Business is $33, and Scale is $47 per user a month. On yearly billing the same plans cost $15, $23, and $35 per user a month. Each user gets one phone number. AI call handling (Sona) uses credits, with 10 calls free each month. Starter: one local or toll-free number per user, unlimited calls and texts to the US and Canada, voicemail transcripts, the Quo API, and email support. A shared number can hold up to 10 paid users.
Business: adds AI call summaries and transcripts, group calling, ring orders, call transfers, phone menus, auto call recording, HubSpot and Salesforce, and live chat support.
Scale: adds AI call tags, onboarding help, and phone support.

Sona is the Quo AI agent that answers calls. Each call uses 100 credits. Every plan includes 1,000 free credits a month, which is 10 calls.

A shop with 50 AI answered calls a month pays $32.50 on Tier 2 ($25 plus 10 calls at $0.75) or $49 on Tier 3, by our math.

Text message registration: The Campaign Registry charges a one-time $19.50 review fee. US carriers require it before you can text.
Messaging fee: $1.50 to $3 a month, set by your use case.
Extra numbers: $5 a month each.

Solo plumber or electrician on Starter, yearly: $180 for the year, plus $19.50 for registration, $199.50 in year one before the messaging fee.
