Voice AI Agent
Plivo sells a hosted Voice AI Agent at $0.03 a minute. Plivo says this covers voice models, transcription, and orchestration. Telephony is billed on its own. On a local inbound call, that is $0.0355 a minute by our math. 1,000 minutes cost $35.50, or $36 with one local number.
SIP trunking for voice AI builders
If you run your own agent on LiveKit or Pipecat, Plivo sells SIP trunking and audio streaming. The pricing page says calls start at $0.0010 a minute outbound and $0.0028 a minute inbound. Those are "start at" rates, so your route may cost more.
