Short answer. Connecteam is free for up to 10 users, with all hubs and features on its Small Business Plan. Past 10 users you pay per hub. The Operations Hub (time clock, scheduling, forms, and tasks) costs $29, $49, or $99 a month for the first 30 users on yearly billing, or $35, $59, or $119 on monthly billing. Free plan for small crews

Connecteam lists a Small Business Plan at $0, "free for life," for up to 10 users. The page says it includes all hubs and features, with a footnote that points to the full feature list. For a 3 to 10 person trade crew that needs a time clock and a schedule, this is the place to start.

Basic: GPS clock in and out, unlimited jobs, payroll integration, open shift scheduling, and unlimited forms and checklists.
Advanced: auto clock out, up to 10 geofence sites, repeating shifts, and a live link to the schedule.
Expert: unlimited geofence sites, auto assigned shifts, up to 12 schedules, auto reports, and API access.

Communications and HR hubs

The Communications Hub (chat, updates, directory, surveys) and the HR Hub use the same base prices of $29, $49, and $99 a month for the first 30 users on yearly billing. Extra users cost less on these hubs than on Operations, starting at $0.5 a month on Communications Basic.
