Workiz pricing for small business

Short answer. Workiz does not post prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Standard, Pro, and Ultimate, and each one says "Request pricing." The plan you need depends on features more than crew size. Service plans and flat-rate pricing sit on Ultimate. We read the Workiz pricing page on October 24, 2026. We do not print a Workiz price on this page because we could not verify one.

The page lists no price for any of them.

Which Workiz plan fits your crew

Your shop Plan to ask about Why
Solo plumber, 1 truck Standard Core scheduling, invoicing, payments, QuickBooks Online
2 truck HVAC shop that sells maintenance agreements Ultimate Service plans and equipment tracking sit on Ultimate, not Standard or Pro
2 truck plumbing shop that uses flat-rate pricing Ultimate Flat rate sits on Ultimate, not Standard or Pro
3 truck lawn crew on weekly routes Standard or Pro Recurring jobs are on every plan. Pro adds custom reports and roles

Many small HVAC and plumbing shops need service plans or flat rate. On Workiz those push you to the top plan. Ask for the Ultimate quote first so you see the full cost.
