ServiceTitan pricing for small business

Short answer. ServiceTitan does not publish a price. Its pricing page lists three packages, Starter, Essentials, and The Works, and each one says "Request Pricing." The page says ServiceTitan uses per-technician pricing. To get a number you book a demo. We read the ServiceTitan pricing page on October 24, 2026. We do not print a ServiceTitan price on this page because we could not verify one.

What per-technician pricing means for a small crew

Your bill grows with each tech in the field. A solo plumber and a 3 truck HVAC shop get different quotes. Ask for the quote in writing and ask how office staff are billed.

Questions to ask on the ServiceTitan demo

  1. What is the monthly price per technician on Starter, Essentials, and The Works?
  2. Do office users, CSRs, or a dispatcher cost extra?
  3. Is there an onboarding or setup fee? How much?
  4. How long is the contract term, and what happens if we cancel early?
  5. Which Pro products would we need for our trade, and what does each cost?
  6. What are the card processing rates?
  7. Is there a minimum number of techs?

Write the answers down. Put them next to the published prices below before you sign.
